Payments – Why are there additional per minute fees on the starter plan?

There are numerous services used for the AI247Agent solution. These services include:

  1. Phone Number (Local or Toll Free phone numbers)
  2. AI Agent development platform fees
  3. Voice platform service fees (AI Voices)
  4. Transcription service (Transcribes entire interaction – This is needed for further tuning )
  5. Large Language Model (LLM)) service (Provides the brains for AI responses)
  6. Automation service (Automation tasks are triggered when call is completed)
Form – Why do I need to fill out a form before I get started with the service?

It is extremely important to understand our customer goals.  Without that knowledge it will be hard to develop the perfect AIAgent.

Call Forwarding – I no longer want my customers to call me directly on my iPhone.  How can I forward my calls to my AI Agent?   

Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Click Call Forwarding >  Enable and enter in your AI Agent Phone number.  Use the same process for disabling the Call Forwarding.  

Agent Mistakes – My agent is making mistakes and not behaving as expected.  What should I do?

Thoroughly testing your AI Agent and documenting areas for improvement is essential. Before your tuning session, please email us your AI improvement list, and we will refine the prompts accordingly. At AI247Agent, our prompt engineers incorporate specialized prompt enhancements for every customer, ensuring greater accuracy and minimizing security risks.

Phone Number – Can I choose my own phone number?  

Yes – We currently support phone numbers from Twilio and Vonage.  Based on experiences you may not get the perfect number in your county and may need to select another number from a surrounding city or county

Local Vs Toll Free Numbers – Should I pick a local or toll free number?

The decision is yours. Toll-free numbers come at a slightly higher cost, but if your AI agent is used for outbound calling campaigns, a local number may yield better results by increasing customer trust and engagement.
